By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with https://6dtape.com/ you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. https://6dtape.com/ retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be https://6dtape.com/ or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, https://6dtape.com/] is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which the third party provides you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such fluctuations.

OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement, and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Please notice: If the order is delivered to a country outside EU and the price of the products does not contain VAT, the recipient must pay customs duties and VAT in compliance with the VAT rate of the country of the recipient. Customs duties and taxes of the non-Eu countries are not displayed in our web shop nor are they included in the total cost of ordered items.

PAYMENT

The credit card payments and online bank payments are processed by Checkout Finland. Upon receiving your order, Checkout Finland will carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy describes how we process returns of products purchased from https://6dtape.com/.

6D TAPE PRODUCTS: RETURN POLICY

6D Tape is a health and personal care product. In the interest of hygiene, you may not return a product that is tried and tested.

According to Finnish and EU laws, you still have a statutory right to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the day you have received your order. We offer this right also for our customers outside the EU.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can return an unused product in an unopened package 14 days beginning from the day you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must let us know of your decision to cancel our contract by letter or email. You may use our cancellation sheet, but that is not mandatory. The cancellation sheet can be downloaded from our website.

Simply not collecting the package containing your product from your post office does not qualify as a contract cancellation, and is not regarded as returning the product. We will not refund your payment unless we receive your cancellation in writing.

6D ACTION DEVICE: RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY

After purchasing a 6D Action device, you have according to finnish and EU laws a statutory right to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the day you receive your order. We offer this right also for our customers outside the EU.

After purchasing a 6D Action device, you have a statutory warranty of two years under certain conditions, if you have purchased a defective product. The conditions are:

-Within the first six months of your purchase, we will repair or exchange the faulty product. Costs of repair, exchange and shipping of the repaired or exhanged product will be covered by 6D Tape Inc.

-After the first six months and within two years of your purchase, we will repair or exchange the defective product, but may ask you to prove that the product was already defective at the time of the purchase in order for us to repair, exchange and ship the product free of charge.

The warranty does not cover wear caused by use or flaws caused by incorrect use or handling of the product.

Warranty: customers outside the EU

After purchasing a 6D Action device, we offer you a one year warranty under certain conditions, if you have purchased a defective product. The conditions are:

-Within the first six months of your purchase, we will repair or exchange the faulty product. Costs of repair, exchange and shipping of the repaired or exhanged product will be covered by 6D Tape Inc.

-After the first six months and within one year of your purchase, we will repair or exchange the defective product, but may ask you to prove that the product was already defective at the time of the purchase in order for us to repair, exchange and ship the product free of charge.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, contact your credit card company and your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 6dtape@6dtape.com.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged at the time of shipment. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at 6dtape@6dtape.com and send your item to: Metallimiehenkuja 10, 02150 Espoo, Finland.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Metallimiehenkuja 10, 02150 Espoo, Finland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
