Includes treatment instructions and pre-cut 6D handle tapes for two treatment sessions lasting 3–10 days.
Purpose:
- Treatment of knee osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease)
- Knee pain relief
- Knee swelling relief
Dosage:
Refer to treatment instructions.
First, activate the groin area by pressing, lifting, and gently rotating the handles 15–20 times for one minute. Continue treatment by pressing, lifting, and rotating the handles around the knee area.
Start with the top handles, continue with the middle handles, and then the bottom handles. Continue the treatment in reverse order, moving from bottom to top and again from top to bottom, for a total of 5–10 minutes, as shown in the picture.
Conclude the treatment by pressing, lifting, and rotating the handles first 15–20 times in the groin area and finally 15–20 times in the supraclavicular area. Treatment recommendation: for best results, perform the treatment at least every 3–4 hours. The more treatment sessions, the better the results.
Duration of treatment: 6D Tape handle tape is recommended to be kept on for 3–10 days. Depending on the intensity of the treatment and the number of treatment sessions, the tape may stay on the skin for a shorter or longer time – if the tape comes off, it will usually not adhere to the skin again.
Removing the tape after use: Rub the tape generously with your hand. Then, roll the tape off in line with the skin. Do not rip off the tape to avoid skin damage and pain.

Additional Information:
Knee Issues: Knee problems affect many people, both young and older. The most common cause of knee pain in young and working-age individuals is overuse from work or sports. Knee pain may also be accompanied by various knee inflammations, such as bursitis. Pain may also occur in the knee tendons. Older individuals, especially those over 50, often experience cartilage wear, which presents as knee pain. Such symptoms are often associated with varying degrees of swelling in the knees or lower limbs, leading to increased pain or difficulty moving.
Six-dimensional tissue mobilization with 6D Tape handle tape: 6D Tape handle tape is designed to enable tissue mobilization in six different directions: forward, sideways, and upward along the x, y, and z axes, as well as rotational movements around each axis. Tissue mobilization has a positive effect on lymphatic flow, blood circulation, fascia, scar tissue, muscles, and joints. Activating tissue by pressing, lifting, and rotating with the handles promotes tissue metabolism and fluid flow.
6D Tape has CE marking as a Class 1 medical device in Europe in accordance with the Medical Device Directive MDD 93 / 42 / EEC.
